Description

This salad, with its peppery arugula, sweet orange, and earthy roasted beets, is the only flavors it needs; no dressing required.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces arugula
  • 1 whole orange (peeled, sectioned, and sliced)
  • 1 whole beet (roasted and thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
