Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 3 tablespoons capers (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons vegan worcestershire sauce
  • 2 large cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon caper brine
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Bowl of Caesar dressing

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.

    The dressing will be ready for immediate use.

    Store any unused dressing in an airtight container.

    Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

     

    Makes approximately 2 cups of dressing.
