Ingredients
  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix (or 4 cups of shredded green cabbage & 2 large grated carrots)
  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
