Description

This vinaigrette is deliciously sweet and tangy. It's perfect over a garden salad, spinach, or arugula salad. You'll love it!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

    Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.

    While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until there is no more separation.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Refrigerate any unused dressing in a sealed container and enjoy it within 10 to 14 days.

    If the dressing has been refrigerated, bring it to (almost) room temperature and whisk before using.
