Ingredients
  • 1 cup porridge (oat meal or cream of wheat)
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk (or water, varied by desired thickness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 banana (diced)
  • 1/4 cup seed mix
  • pure maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
