Ingredients
  • 14 ounces hearts of palm (canned, drained, and chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon capers (chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery (diced small)
  • 2 scallions (sliced, green parts only)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
