Creamy, delicious blackberry smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup apricot nectar (can substitute coconut water or tap water)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup blackberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (or 4 cubes)
Instructions

    Pour the apricot nectar and lemon juice into a blender.
