This broccoli salad is like a party in a bowl, and everyone you love is invited!

Salad:
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 cups red grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup craisins (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/8 cup red onion (small dice)
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (can substitute with maple syrup or agave)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

    Cut the head of broccoli into florets and then into bite-sized pieces; place them in a large mixing bowl.
