Instructions

  1. Cut the head of broccoli into florets and then into bite-sized pieces; place them in a large mixing bowl.

  1. Add the grapes, craisins, almonds, and red onion.

     

  1. Prepare Dressing:

    In a small bowl, whisk the vegan mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  1. Add the dressing to the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.

     

    Refrigerate any leftovers and enjoy within 3 to 5 days.
