Hi, I’m Lisa — the creator of Sproutful Kitchen.
What began as Vegan Nook in 2009, the same year I chose to go 100% plant-based, has slowly grown and evolved into something bigger than recipes alone. Over the years, what started as a place to share plant-based recipes became a space that included information and tips on nourishment, mindful living, wellness, and a healthier lifestyle.
Today, Sproutful Kitchen reflects that growth.
While plant-based recipes remain at the heart of this space, Sproutful Kitchen has expanded to include a more plant-forward approach to living — one that focuses not only on food, but also on wellness, balance, sustainability, and simple everyday habits that support overall well-being.

My goal has never been perfection. I believe healthy living should feel supportive, flexible, and realistic — not stressful or restrictive. Small changes, made consistently over time, often have the greatest impact.
