Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick butter (brought to room temperature)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (brought to room temperature, we like Kite Hill)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions

    Combine the butter and cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer (or an electric mixer) and beat until fully incorporated and creamy.
