Ingredients
  • 2 English cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • 2 ribs of celery (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream or plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced or grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Thinly slice the cucumber and celery and add them to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
