Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Use two baking sheets if necessary.

  1. The Cauliflower

Chop your cauliflower into florets, then spray or toss the florets with the oil.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the milk, flour, baking powder, and seasonings to create a smooth batter.

  1. Add the cauliflower florets and gently toss to coat them all, allowing any excess batter to drip off.

  1. Place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 22 minutes, turning halfway through. Leave a little space between each floret for even cooking.

  1. The Buffalo Sauce

Combine the hot sauce, vinegar, melted butter, vegan Worcestershire, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Stir until combined and set aside.

  1. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place each floret into the bowl with the sauce. Gently toss to coat all of the pieces.

  1. Place the coated cauliflower back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes.

  1. Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature along with celery, cucumber, and carrot sticks and our delicious Vegetable Dip.
