Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut Cookies
Description
These Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut Cookies have just the right balance of texture and sweetness. Rolled oats give them a hearty bite, while chewy cranberries and finely chopped walnuts add fruity bursts and nutty crunch. Maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and a touch of molasses round everything out with warm, caramel-like flavor.
Baked until lightly golden, these cookies come out light and crisp with plenty of goodness tucked into every bite. Enjoy them with an afternoon cup of coffee, tuck one into a lunchbox, or swap in your favorite dried fruit or nuts to make the recipe your own.
