  1. Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit.

  1. Scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl and mash it until mostly smooth using the back of a fork.

  1. Stir in all of the other ingredients until well combined. 

  1. Adjust seasoning to taste.

     

  1. Serve in a large serving bowl or individual serving bowls and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.

    Refrigerate any leftovers and enjoy within three days.
