Vegan Double Chocolate Walnut Cookies
Description
Chocolate lovers get a double dose of deliciousness in these irresistible cookies. Cocoa powder gives the dough its deep chocolate flavor, while semisweet chocolate chips create little pockets of melty richness throughout. Chopped walnuts add a satisfying nutty crunch that balances all that chocolate beautifully.
Baked just until set, these cookies are wonderfully rich without being complicated to make. Add the optional sprinkle of sugar before baking for a little extra sweetness, then enjoy them with a cold glass of non-dairy milk, alongside your afternoon coffee, or straight from the cookie jar whenever a serious chocolate craving strikes.
