  1. Combine corn, black beans, Roma tomatoes, onions, avocado, and cilantro in a medium bowl: cover and chill.

  1. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until well blended. Pour over the vegetables, and gently stir to coat.

    This salsa is best if served the same day, but you can enjoy any leftovers within three days.
