Description
We added this chick'n salad to a whole grain bun because we think it makes a delicious sandwich, but you can serve this salad on a bed of lettuce or in a wrap just as easily. No matter how you choose to serve it - we promise you're going to love it!

Cook the gardein cutlets as directed on the package. Allow to cool completely, then chop into 1/2" to 1" cubes.

Whisk the vegan mayo, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and relish in a medium-sized bowl.

Add the chopped cutlet, peas, celery, and dill to the vegan mayo mixture and stir gently until all is combined.

Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow all of the flavors to come together.
