  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  1. Stir in the frozen peas during the last minute of cooking.

     

  1. Strain the pasta and pea mixture and rinse immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process. Strain well and transfer to a large bowl.

     

  1. Dice the celery, bell pepper, pickle, and parsley, and add them to the pasta. Gently toss.

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, sugar, and dill weed. Stir until creamy.
