While you can buy vegan mayo, dressings, and dips in almost every supermarket worldwide, there’s something about “homemade” that makes them so much better!

Spread this aioli on a sandwich, or use it as a dip for your fries and veggies!

This vegan aioli can be spread on everything from sandwiches to veggie burgers and even used as a dip for fries and onion rings.

Instructions

  1. Combine the tofu, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in a high-powered blender and blend until well combined.

  1. Through the hole in the top of the blender, slowly drizzle in the oil and continue to blend until completely smooth.

  1. Keep refrigerated and enjoy on sandwiches, fries, or onion rings (my favorite).
